A vastly untamed world where magic is technology and it's guardians insure technology is developed with the welfare of the natural world in mind. The natural world is honored and respected on this planet probably moreso than the people inhabiting it.  Religion is focused on the Great Cycle, Chaos and various Gods, some of which may even reside on the planet.
