Kingdom of Horsemen

This easternmost northern kingdom rises high up on a plateau with the highest continental cliff's in all Morashtar. One stretch was called Bloody Damn Tall Cliffs as a joke that stuck. Cliff City is built into a towering well within the cliffs that forms a large bay called the Giant's Chalice.  Cliff City is many stories high, it's levels going down instead of up.  A sea cave meets wards at the bottom of the chalice where the Kings navy is harbored with many other ships bringing trade. This City is heavily and famously warded against magic with hard lore. The current king is Treborn but his son Tyrwyn Alqwan is soon to succeed his seemingly geriatric father.
